Kendall T. Shoulders is
also an avid gospel saxophonist. Here's an excerpt from
the CD "My Imperfection: God's Amazing Grace":
CD Foreword:
All of the honor and
glory to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. This artwork was not
initiated for fame, fortune, or self promotion. Many times I considered
removing my name from this project. I often pondered this idea not out
of shame or denial but because of my imperfection. How can one as
imperfect as I am present this project without giving a falsely
perceived self-proclamation of flawlessness? Well, I can't.We all have
our varied interpretations of reality. Criticisms, rumors, pains, lies,
distortions, misunderstandings, sins(past and present)etc, are all part
of the cross- a cross we must choose to bear in spite of our
imperfection. Am I worthy? -- Of course not - but without the blood of
Christ--- who is?
